General specifications of the Corn Chips line

The line is completely manufacture from food stuff grade chromium plated stainless steel for product passage sections and the line based are made from galvanized iron.

The plant is composed of the following machines:

	1- corn mixer: is made from food stuff grade chromium plated stainless steel with capacity of 250 Kg of corn.
	2- conveying screw feeder for the extruder: it’s the screw conveyor for corn which feeds the extruder.
	3- main extruder: it’s easily operated for the operator without any difficulties during operation and the screw can be easily disassembled and assembled along with the cover and can produce different shapes of products. it's equipped with electronic inverter to control the lowering of corn bucket and equipped with another inverter to control the screw speed and another inverter to control the product dimensions as per the required length . it's also fitted with standby set including ( screw – cover – molds – cutting knives ) the production capacity amounts to 150-175 Kg/hour all electric components and motors are of European origin the electric power of the line is 90 Amperes which equals about 60 KVA minimum.
	4- air blower:
	5- drier and flavor adder: it gives heat by the gas pipes and it's good insulated with thermal insulator and gives the required flavor by the pump.
	6- oil & flavor mixer: the capacity of each one is 100 Kg ( there are 2 units ) with flavor pump.
	7- electric panel: the electric power of the line is 90 Amperes which equals about 60 KVA minimum.
	8- Dryer ( optional ): American Model.

The corn chips line is composed of :

1- corn mixer

5- drier and flavor adder
6- oil & flavor mixer
7- electric panel
8- dryer ( optional )

complete line length is: about 10 meters.
