General specifications of the built frying line

The line is completely manufacture from food stuff grade stainless steel which is resisting for rust , oxidation and heat .
The line is easily operated by the operator and also can be easily serviced and maintained
production capacity: 100-200 Kg / hour (as requested)

The plant is composed of the following machines:

1- feeding machine : it’s a funnel for feeding the raw materials . The machine is operated with a vibrating motor where the fryer is fed with quantity proportional with production speed . 2- main fryer : it’s composed of reservoir fitted with chromium plated stainless steel mesh and equipped with blades to convey the raw materials from the feeding machine and draw them from oil during frying .  It has a thermal oil pump , oil compensation pump by pipes and filtering device . The oil is heated using electric heaters . The reservoir ( tank ) is insulated externally to maintain the fixed temperature . The blade cover is raised automatically using an electric lifting system to facilitate regular cleaning of the tank .It has 2 oil tanks . 3- filtering vibrator: it’s a wide mesh mounted on vibrating base to filter the oil from the material in well fashion.   4- the flavor adding machine : it’s a bucket to empty the flavors using vibration motion and spreading them in proportion with the production capacity of the fryer . 5- the mixer : it’s a small food stuff grade cylinder fitted with pyramidal barriers to mix the material with the flavors and it helps the cooling of materials ( product ) . 6- ascending conveying belt : it's a leather food stuff grade ascending conveying belt after the mixer to take out the product

The line is guaranteed for 4 years for mechanical components
all electric components and motors are of European origin

fryer ( 100 Kg) 60 Amperes , equals to 40 KVA minimum
fryer ( 200 Kg) 110 Amperes , equals to 60 KVA minimum
